Starting with Reproduced 1963-1966 Piatigorsky Cup Chess Set. This peerless 1963-1966 Piatigorsky Cup chess set in Staunton style is made up of bud rosewood / ebony wood and boxwood. This is a historic design featuring the one-piece knight with long flowing mane, attractive eyes, nostrils, and mouth. Wider base and superb size proportioning from the king to the pawn exhibits true intricate craftsmanship in all the pieces. Pieces are expertly carved in India and triple weighted for prodigious hand-feel and a very nice thud on the wooden chess board.

Moving on to Geometric Minimalist Pattern Seamless Design chess pieces, this is a simple and yet interesting Seamless Minimalist design features a 3.5″ King with a base diameter of 1.18″. Unlike other sets, the base dimensions of this set are of the same size at 1.18″. Dark chess pieces are exquisitely crafted in Stained Box Wood. Each chessmen is carefully handcrafted in India and influenced from our minimalist series. This geometrical design chess pieces are non-weighted and non-felted.

It is probably about 5,000 years old game and originated in Iraq—previously Mesopotamia. Backgammon is one of the most popular board game in most casinos. The use of the dice is believed to be the reason why backgammon is considered to be a form of gambling. The only way to win this game is by removing all of the opponent pieces from the board.
