This beautiful small chess set is made of Sheesham Wood (Golden Rose wood). The Chessmen are appropriately sized. The chess pieces are fitted with small magnets and the board is fitted with a concealed iron sheet.

The chess board is 9 inches in diameter. The squares are 19 x 19 mm. The board is 19 mm high when open. The surface of the board is lacquered to give a very silky smooth finish.The two halfs are joined by hinge from center and the upper ends are fitted with magnets which holds the box closed when the set is folded.

The king of the chess set is 31 mm high and its base is 13 mm. 

Weight: 500 grams (17.6 oz). Please note that the weight in the set is added manually so the final weight of the set can vary by plus or minus (±) 10%.
