Sheesham is inexpensive and easily crafted by the craftsmen but still, it provides excellent chess pieces and chess boards. Sheesham is a light brown or golden color wood with dark brown grains which looks great. You can buy these chess boards at an affordable price. The underside of the board is filled with green velvet on a wooden ply.
