What's New in Version 3.0: Dubrovnik chess set is influenced by the Staunton chess set. The chess set had a significant historical importance and are regarded as a timeless classic design. Some of our beloved customers point out flaws from the previous version, so respecting their opinion and appeal we bring you the new version with accurate reproduction. 

Features: Dubrovnik Bobby Fischer Reproduced Chess Set version 3.0 is crafted with astonishing precision where the king proudly stand 3.7" tall with base of 1.5". Each chess pieces is double weighted and has a thick green felt on their bases. The dark chess pieces are made in Bud Rose Wood  and the lighter chess pieces are made in Boxwood.

Weight: 1210 grams (42.68 oz) Please note that the weight in the set is added manually so the final weight of the set can vary by plus or minus (±) 10%.

Note: Original Dubrovnik chess pieces are non-weighted. Commercially available 1970 chess set (used by Bobby Fischer) design is slightly changed from the actual 1950 Dubrovnik but the difference is not hugely noticeable. The actual 1950 Dubrovnik Olympiad chess set was never sold in any store.
