Our latest Reward Points Program allows registered users to earn points for certain customer activities like registering on our website, subscribing to our newsletter, making purchase on our website, reviewing the product post purchase and promoting our website in their social circles.

Benefits of Reward Points for Registered Customers

Once you register you will be able to earn and accrue reward points, which are then redeemable when you order. Rewards are an added bonus over and above the offers and discounts going on at our website. It is just one of the ways we thank you for being a loyal customer of chessbazaar.

How Can Reward Points Be Earned?

Rewards can currently be earned for the following actions:

• Registering on the site.
• Making purchases — every time you make a purchase you earn points based on the price of products purchased and these points are added to your Reward Points balance.
• Subscribing to our newsletter.
• Converting Invitations to Order — Send invitation your friends and family and earn Reward Points when these invitations leads to a sale.
• Review Submission — Earn points for submitting product reviews.

We have fixed a certain number of rewards points for different actions. The details of this is given in the below chart.

Redeeming Reward Points

You can redeem your reward points at checkout. There is no threshold of using reward points. You can use even 1 reward point available in your account while at the checkout page. The option to use reward points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent of this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards, PayPal and more.

Reward Points Minimums and Maximums

There is no capping on minimum or maximum Reward points that can be redeemed in an order.

Managing My Reward Points

You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent) and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost.

Reward Points Expiration

If not used, reward points expire after 45 days of accumulation. Points will expire in the order in which they were first earned.

Note: You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn, redeem or lose points, as well as point expiration notifications. This option is found in the Reward Points section of the My Account area.
