We try our best to ship out your orders the same day, your payment is confirmed. However, please allow us 24-36 hours for processing your order, as we do not ship out on weekends or on holidays.  You can expect the delivery within 7-10 days. Our shipping partners will depend on two factors, the item you choose and the coutry where you want the item to be shipped. But to US, UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain we usually ship by FedEx and for Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Africa and South America we ship by India Post Parcel Airmail.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, GST etc)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

How will I know that my order has shipped?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.  

Does chessbazaar.com ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. In fact, we are the only company dealing with chess which ships all over the globe. Our systems recogize the currency of your country and you get the prices of our items in your local currency. You can select the currency of your choice too if you want. However, if your favoured currency is not available in the list and you want us to add your country’s currency, please drop us an mail at [email protected].
